The TDK-Lambda PH1200A280 full brick dc-dc converters are rated at 1200W with an input of 200 to 425Vdc. The modules deliver isolated, regulated 12V, 24V, 28V, 36V and 48V outputs. The PH1200A280 has the industry standard full brick footprint of 4.6 x 2.4 x 0.5 inches and can operate reliably in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 85°C and baseplate temperatures from 40°C up to 100°C while maintaining efficiencies of up to 94%. It also features remote sense, remote on/off, inverter good signal, a 10-14V auxiliary voltage, conduction cooling via baseplate and parallel function with internal ORing FET. The input to output isolation is 3,000Vac, input to baseplate 2,500Vac and the output to ground is 500Vac.
